From the initial phone call to the day of the service these guys were great. I was dreading coming in to discuss it all but Ruth was perfect and I walked out thinking that was way better than it could have been. Louise has been an absolute star, I've barely had to ask any questions as she's provided answers before I knew I needed them. On the day itself Ruth again was brilliant. I suddenly lost my father in 2023, kevin Matthews were just what I needed during the most hardest time I have ever been through. Nothing was to much, they were always there to listen, guide and advise. Natalie, shes just a beautiful soul and I am always forever grateful for her caring and loving ways. In a weird kind of way when the funeral was over I missed talking to them? Spoke to them today due to another death in the family and Natalie answered and remembered such little things what I told her when my dad died, and that just shows how lovely and caring she is. The whole team at Kevin Matthews are just wonderful, its not an easy job to do but you should all be proud of how caring and understanding but also being professional. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Kevin Matthews, funeral services for taking care of our mum’s funeral recently.
