Helping you at this difficult time

Customer making notes about the funeral arrangements

Naturally, we will support you throughout the process which will include the collection of your loved one. If you need any help, advice or support at this time, you can call us 24 hours a day on 01604 792284.

Collection from a domestic home, or a nursing or care home

We will employ one of our discreet vehicles to collect your loved one and bring them to our funeral home. We will ensure that the journey is safe and dignified, regardless of where the death took place or under what circumstances.

When we arrive, our specially trained staff will help you to move your loved one and answer any questions you may have. To help you with registering the death, our staff will leave you with a booklet explaining the process. If you have any further queries you can call us at any time.

Collection from a hospital

The hospital will usually ask to see the green certificate issued by the registrar before we can collect your loved one. For cremation, we often have to wait until other paperwork is completed before we can collect. Whatever your particular circumstances, please be assured that we will work with the bereavement office for you, to ensure that your loved one is in our care as quickly as possible.
